As the 26th year of Reading Partners draws to a close, celebrations for the students were held throughout the district. At each elementary school, volunteers and students celebrated the children’s reading accomplishments with a certificate, gift book and snacks. Each tutor spoke about their children’s efforts and successes throughout the year and a good time was had by all. 

A Reading Partner spends one hour a week at a local elementary school reading with two students, 30 minutes each. If you are interested in obtaining more information or would like to become a Reading Partner for the 2025-2026 school year, please contact Lara at Lara@ujf.org.
