Koleinu, Our Voices, is an intergenerational community choir. The youth component will be open to 4th graders through teens and will meet weekly at Agudath Sholom. The goal of the choir will be to “harmonize” the voices of young and old.

Atria, a senior living facilty in Stamford will hold regular choir practices on site and a month prior to performances will be joined by the youth choir to rehearse together.

Jonathan Cahr will lead sessions for both demographics. He is a talented, enthusiastic and patient person who will inspire participants to find their voices and join in song. The program is geared towards using the medium of music and song to foster love of our faith and an appreciation for the unique gifts endowed in every human being.

This program is open to the community.
