United Jewish Federation is about us – the members of the Jewish community of Stamford, New Canaan and Darien. The volunteers and professional staff of UJF are dedicated to safeguarding our community and bringing us together as one in good times and bad.

Those programs on the preceding menu which are directed by UJF represent only a portion of the impact of UJF locally and throughout the world.   UJF does so much more.   It convenes the community to celebrate, to educate and to provide comfort.  Programs like the Behrend Institute for Leadership, Reading Partners, 3Square, Kuriansky Teen Tzedakah Corps and more are unique to UJF, convening and strengthening the community. Educational programming, communal events and parlor meetings keep us informed about the changing landscape in the Jewish world.

Maintaining a strong and active UJF ensures that our Jewish community remains vibrant and connected. Like all organizations, UJF has basic needs in order to implement its mission of ensuring and preserving community. By supporting the Infrastructure of Federation, you are ensuring that this organization remains strong and viable so that it can continue to strengthen and connect members of our local and global Jewish commmunity.
