Certified Child Sleep Consultant, Johanna Snyder, will join us to speak about healthy sleep habits for your child. Johanna believes healthy sleep is a key component to positive physical, mental, and social development. Sleep environment, transitions, schedules, giving up naps, the bedtime battle, and overall sleep hygiene are just a few of the topics she will cover.
Johanna works with families through in-person, virtual, or phone consultations, elicits their goals, and provides a personalized sleep plan to meet each family’s needs. She takes time to coach and support her families during their work together. Johanna believes that when children sleep soundly, they are happier and healthier.
